Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join as a Leader Expert, the Transversal Projects team of the IT Global Market & Risks department. This team's mandate is to:
- to facilitate the management of studies and cross-functional projects,
- to coordinate and manage transversal business projects involving several IT GMR teams
- to support the implementation of the program 'Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department' within the IT GMR teams by facilitating the structuring of projects, piloting their progress and carrying out the change management actions necessary for the proper integration of new development and release working practices and methods within the entire department.
On a daily basis, your mission is:
* To accompany and train the teams of the IT Global Market and Market Risks chain. In this context, you will mentor the development teams in adopting DevOps principles (for example, "build once / run everywhere") and participate in the creation of training materials, awareness and change management.
* To assist software engineers in resolving vulnerabilities in order to improve application security
* To organize demonstrations of exploiting security flaws and challenges to strengthen security awareness within teams
* Contribute to the implementation of standard tools for continuous integration (CI/CD) and security
* Use metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the benefits of the coaching framework and adapt awareness strategies based on needs
* Accompany managers and lead Tech in steering the transformation of practices by helping them, notably, to define their roadmaps
* To ensure regular reporting on the progress of the deployment of practices in each team
