The Brand Manager plays leading role in key business processes, proactively participates in business conversations with Management team members.

What are we looking for?

* University Degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/Brand Management
* Solid experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies (minimum 4 years)
* Experience in Brand Manager role not less than 2 years
* Excellent project management skills
* Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
* Ability to manage several different and complex projects at the same time
* Fluent in English & French

What will be your key responsibilities?

* Identify growth sources and create the brand strategy for next 5 years
* Lead annual marketing plan
* Build brand innovation pipeline (product & packaging innovations)
* Develop activation strategies, communication and promotion plan, pricing strategy, new product launches and distribution priorities
* Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of products
* Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, client behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products
