Born from the desire to document, preserve, and connect the most radical designers, artists, and visionaries shaping tomorrow's aesthetics, L'ABBEYE operates as a visual sanctuary : a digital abbey for those who create outside the mainstream. With over 158,000 highly engaged followers and a fast-growing cult community, we offer a unique editorial space where fashion meets philosophy, rebellion, and beauty.

As we prepare to launch our print magazine, this new chapter demands rigorous research, deep archival work, and an increased editorial rhythm. We are looking for someone who understands that avant-garde fashion has a history (radical, obscure, and largely undocumented) and who is willing to dig into it.

Who we're looking for

* Open to all backgrounds : communications, journalism, fashion, art history, cultural studies, or passionate self-starters. What matters most is your curiosity and attention to detail.

* Genuine obsession with avant-garde fashion: you know the names, the references, the archives. You are the kind of person who researches designers at midnight for the pleasure of it.

* Strong written communication skills in French & English: impeccable grammar and spelling are non-negotiable.

* Research-oriented mindset: comfortable navigating archives, databases, obscure publications, and Instagram deep-dives to surface rare, relevant material.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented: able to juggle multiple tasks and maintain shared tracking documents (Google Sheets, Notion).

* Good interpersonal skills: professional and confident in reaching out to designers, photographers, and creatives via email or Instagram.

* Autonomous and proactive: resourceful, takes initiative, and not afraid to suggest new ideas in a fast-moving environment.
