Location: Athens, Greece
Role: Italian Inside Sales Representative - Athens (Hybrid)
Salary: EUR1,100 gross/month (paid 14 x p/a) plus fixed monthly project bonus of EUR100 gross/month plus Performance bonus: EUR250/month
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week between Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
We are currently hiring Italian-speaking Inside Sales Representatives to join a global tech project in Athens.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of existing clients within a dedicated market
* Driving sales through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
* Handling outbound communication (calls & emails)
* Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Supporting customers post-sale and driving product adoption
* Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for:
* Fluent Italian and English
* Previous sales experience (inside sales / account management preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
* Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
* Target-driven and motivated
