Construction Manager - London & South

We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our team, overseeing lift and escalator installation projects across London and the South.

What You'll Be Doing

* Taking ownership of lift and escalator installation projects from start to finish.
* Leading site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
* Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Managing project performance, resolving challenges, and keeping projects moving forward.
* Supporting installation teams and creating a positive site culture.
* Championing health and safety across every project.

What We're Looking For

* Experience within construction, project management, engineering, or a related environment.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* SMSTS qualification is desirable.
* A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
