Role Description

The London-based International Media Services team for Live Nation Entertainment is looking for a Digital Media Execution to join the team. You will work with the sponsorship and marketing teams across our international portfolio of websites, including festivals and venues, in over 50 Markets.

The International Media Services team is responsible for planning and delivering digital programmes for sponsors across multiple digital touch points including social media amplification, owned and operated ad network audience extension using our first-party data.

This role blends hands-on execution and creating best-in-class media plans that answer client objectives.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
* Demonstrable experience in digital media planning and buying within sponsorship. Ideally across multiple markets
* Expertise of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.) and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk). Expertise on additional programmatic platform a plus.
* Deep knowledge of advertising operations, programmatic, first-party data, advertising technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best practices.
* Demonstrable experience using Google DV360, Meta Business and Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
* Experience using additional platforms as Spotify, Reddit, Twitch is as plus
* Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns with complex stakeholder needs
* Expertise within audience targeting, data-driven optimization, and campaign analytics
* Ability to translate campaign performance data into clear insights and storytelling for clients and partners
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Experience using Google Analytics is a plus
* Working in a fast-paced international environment is a plus
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills

What the role includes
* Translate sponsorship briefs into actionable media plans across social, programmatic, video and owned and operated platforms.
* Optimise cross-channel media plans to ensure delivery in full and performance to benchmarks.
* Set up, execute and manage sponsorship paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (meta, TikTok, DV360)
* Monitor live campaigns to ensure flawless delivery, optimal performance, and efficient budget allocation balancing profit and surpassing sponsor objectives.
* Report on campaigns performance, compile PCAs with learnings and recommendations
