Overview We are hiring an Account Manager to play a pivotal role at the heart of the OneMars model for Pet Nutrition Global. This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a complex, multi-agency ecosystem and turn that complexity into clarity, momentum, and high-quality delivery. Partnering closely with the Global Business Director, you'll help shape how work gets done across markets, capabilities, and agencies. Responsibilities Build strong, trusted relationships with the client, understanding their needs and supporting clear account objectives.Lead the smooth delivery of global and regional campaigns, ensuring high standards across planning, activation, and execution.Establish and embed robust programme and workflow management across interconnected IAT projects.Coordinate and inspire cross-functional agency teams, including planning, digital, and partner agencies such as AMV BBDO, adam&eveDDB, and Weber Shandwick.Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through integration of media, data, and digital capabilities.Oversee financial management, reporting, and governance to ensure transparency and accountability.Enable consistent, aligned delivery across regions by working closely with local and regional teams. Qualifications Experience in client servicing or account management within a media agency or integrated agency environment.Confidence working with senior stakeholders, supported by clear, thoughtful communication and presentation skills.A structured, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.A solid understanding of digital media, including KPIs, optimisation, and performance reporting.The ability to translate detailed campaign data into clear, meaningful insights for clients and teams.A collaborative approach, with experience working across markets and fostering strong working relationships.Professional integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement-for yourself and the team around you.
