Overview

Job Location: Birmingham

The job holder is responsible for ensuring the route has the right people in the right place with the right skills at the right time. A key element of this role is ensuring the route is managed in the most efficient way.

The job holder will have the following direct reports:
- 7 x Sales Development Representatives

Responsibilities

* Responsible for full line management of sales Development representatives to include:
* 1:1's and work with.
* Accountable for SDR KPI performance management.
* Responsible for working with the team to ensure training plans reflect Development requirements.
* Responsible for ensuring efficient call base management.
* Carries out investigations and disciplinary where appropriate.
* Responsible for financial reconciliation of all banking and policy procedures.
* Responsible for RTW management as appropriate.
* Responsible for any new Hires.

Qualifications

* Experience in a field sales environment
* Strong analytical skills integrity
* Strong Team worker and contributor.
* Flexible, 'can do,' attitude to role and duties.
* Results driven and understands the link between action & results.
* Ability to manage Multiple agendas
