* Focus on validated, correlated simulation methods to improve EMC performance early in the design cycle
* Part of the Global EMC Team with advanced test capabilities in the USA and Germany
* Based in Bangalore as a key execution and capability-building hub for EMC simulation
* Utilization of near-field and far-field measurements to validate simulation models and accelerate design feedback
What You Will Do
* Execute EMI/EMC and RF simulation models using validated methods developed by the EMC Simulation Team
* Support global product design teams by running simulations for electronics, cable assemblies, and connector systems
* Assist with comparison of simulation results to physical EMC test data
* Follow established simulation workflows, modeling guidelines, and best practices
* Work closely with Senior EMC Simulation Engineers to understand model assumptions and result interpretation
* Participate in technical reviews, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Contribute to maintaining simulation documentation and internal knowledge repositories
* Gradually take on increased technical responsibility as skills develop
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
* Basic to intermediate understanding of EMC fundamentals including emissions, immunity, coupling, grounding, shielding, and filtering
* Hands-on experience or academic exposure to EMI/EMC, RF, or electronics simulation tools
* Willingness to learn structured simulation methodologies
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a global engineering environment
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience using CST Studio Suite or HFSS
* Exposure to EMC testing concepts including near-field or far-field measurements
