Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Visa/GMS
Location- NCR/Hyderabad
This role is ideal for a dedicated Global Mobility professional with relevant years of specialized experience in international work permit processing, particularly across our key regions. An individual must be instrumental in ensuring seamless employee relocation, managing complex immigration workflows, and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end work permit application process for employees in various regions, with a primary focus in North America and LATAM, specifically Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Demonstrable experience with APAC, UK and European immigration processes would be highly beneficial.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for business units, offering expert guidance on global mobility requirements and processes.
* Collaborate closely with the external Immigration vendors to initiate and monitor work permit applications, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Ensure all immigration activities comply with global policies and regulatory frameworks.
* Facilitate smooth coordination among the Global Mobility team, HR, Finance and business stakeholders throughout the entire application lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records within our designated tracking tools, ensuring real-time visibility into application statuses and supporting efficient visa expiry tracking.
* Generate comprehensive reports and data analyses for leadership on regional immigration trends and case statuses.
* Track the invoices received from external vendors for the Immigration services and coordinate with the accounts payable team to process them for payments within the SLAs.
* Proactively monitor and communicate changes in the Immigration laws and regulations to relevant internal stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain process flows (SOPs) and other critical documentation using tools like Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
* Relevant years of experience in managing international work permit processes, specifically for Rest of World (ROW) countries.
* Minimum a bachelor's degree in related field.
* Comprehensive understanding of visa regulations, immigration laws, and documentation processes.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications/skills
· Business Immigration - Business visa nuances and work permit stamping
· Basic understanding of India region Business Immigration matters
· Basic customer service skills to effectively manage employee queries and volumes
· Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
