Managerial skills: leadership, organization, priority management, and interfunctional collaboration. * Analytical skills to monitor KPIs (lead time, prototype conformity, costs, team efficiency, supplier performance). Good communication skills and ability to interface with style, product development, production, and suppliers. Knowledge of English, French preferred
