Do you enjoy transforming shopper insights into impactful in-store experiences? Join Kellanova as a RE Development Executive Jr.

In this role, you'll support the execution of trade marketing strategies in the traditional channel, helping drive sell-out, visibility, and category growth. This position is based in Colombia (Hybrid).

You'll work closely with commercial teams, distributors, and customers to ensure strong execution at point of sale, while turning data into actionable insights that strengthen brand presence and accelerate category growth across the traditional channel.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

* Trade Marketing Execution: Ensure strong execution of visibility, displays, and POP materials across traditional channels such as wholesalers, minimarkets, and neighborhood stores.

* Shopper Impact & Category Growth: Support initiatives that enhance the shopper experience and strengthen brand presence in thousands of points of sale.

* Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze KPIs such as sell-out, distribution, and rotation to identify opportunities and improve commercial performance.

* Promotions & Activations: Support the implementation and tracking of POS activities including promotions, product launches, events, and activations.

* Budget & Investment Tracking: Assist in managing budgets, cost centers, and investment control to ensure efficient execution of commercial plans.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales teams, distributors, and key customers to ensure strategies are properly executed in the field.

We're Looking for Someone With

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in commercial areas, trade marketing, sales, or FMCG
* Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis)
* Intermediate PowerPoint skills
* Basic knowledge of commercial KPIs
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Proactive mindset with attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
