Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is focused on leading projects end-to-end, taking full ownership from raw footage to final delivery. It involves advanced editing, color direction, audio finishing, and overall quality control, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency. You would be expected to make key creative and technical decisions, anticipate challenges, and establish efficient workflows, while collaborating closely with creative, content, and production teams. It's a balance between high-level craft and leadership, ensuring outputs are polished, on-brand, and scalable across multiple formats.
Your Impact
As Multimedia Post-Production Producer your functions would consist of:
* Define editorial direction, pacing, and narrative structure across projects.
* Execute and supervise advanced offline/online editing, ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Oversee color workflows and perform advanced grading using DaVinci Resolve.
* Manage audio post-production, including cleanup, mixing, and final mastering with tools like Adobe Audition.
* Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
* Collaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to align on vision and execution.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (cinematography, postproduction, audiovisual communication, etc.)
* +1 years of agency creative experience in creative, postproduction / VFX
* Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
* Strong experience in offline/online editing, advanced color grading, and audio design/mixing.
* Deep understanding of post-production workflows, codecs, optimization, and multi-platform delivery.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition.
* Language proficiency both in English and Portugues is a plus.
* Understanding of design/creative process and best practices. Comprehensive knowledge of design trends.
* An online portfolio/video reel showing standout work is a MUST.
* Ability to brainstorm in large groups and develop big promotional ideas from beginning to end.
