Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are a Global Capability Center (GCC) team delivering centralized business services. Our scope supports Pepsiconnect / MiNegocio+ a B2B mobile application focused on the direct sales channel (traditional trade customers), enabling commercial execution, product visibility, and sales growth. Within the team, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw application and operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across markets. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams-including Digital products & Services and Business Units-to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and insight generation that enhances commercial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and a proactive mindset to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Your Impact
* Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making across markets.
* Extract, transform, and analyze data from application backends and databases using SQL and other querying tools.
* Design and optimize data models, measures, and KPIs for scalable reporting solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Products and services, and business stakeholders) to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reports and datasets.
* Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows to increase efficiency.
* Perform ad hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the direct sales channel.
* Support the documentation and standardization of data processes and reporting frameworks.(Nice to have)
* Contribute to data engineering or advanced analytics initiatives, including pipeline development or predictive modeling.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard design and data modeling.
* Proficiency in DAX for building calculated measures and KPIs.
* Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
* Advanced Excel skills for analysis and data handling.
* Experience with Python for data analysis and automation is highly valued.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or big data processing tools.
* Familiar with business applications such as SAP ECC, SAP BOBJ, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Fullstory to export data.
* Knowledge of NoSQL databases and modern data architectures.
* Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data engineering frameworks.
* Exposure to data science or predictive analytics techniques.
* Experience working in FMCG, e-commerce, or B2B sales environments.
