We are looking for a Service Process Engineer (S-BOM) to join our global team and drive the standardization, optimization, and governance of service-related Bill of Materials.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between engineering, service, and operations, ensuring that service BOMs are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

As a Service Process Engineer, you will:
* Own and optimize S-BOM structures
Define, maintain, and continuously improve Service Bill of Materials to ensure accuracy and usability across service operations.
* Drive process standardization
Establish and enhance processes related to S-BOM creation, updates, and governance.
* Ensure data quality and consistency
Validate and align S-BOM data across systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
* Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with engineering, supply chain, service, and digital teams to align requirements and improve data flows.
* Support digitalization initiatives
Contribute to system improvements and automation efforts related to service data and documentation.
* Analyze and solve process gaps
Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions that enhance service delivery.
What you bring
* Experience:
Background in service engineering, process engineering, or similar roles involving BOM management.
* S-BOM / BOM knowledge (Must-have):
Understanding of Bill of Materials structures, ideally within service or maintenance environments.
* Process mindset:
Experience in process definition, standardization, and continuous improvement.
* Tools & systems:
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data management tools.
* Analytical skills:
Ability to work with complex data, identify gaps, and propose structured solutions.
* Communication:
Strong stakeholder management skills in global environments.
* Language:
Advanced English (written and verbal).
