The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for executing manufacturing operations at the Concentrate Plant by coordinating and supervising all activities related to the end-to-end manufacturing process. This role is accountable for process performance, people leadership, and compliance with KORE requirements across Safety, Quality, Energy, and Environmental dimensions. The position plays a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, food safety, and continuous improvement, while supporting internal and external certifications and achieving CPS Transformation Program objectives.
What You'll Do for Us
* Execute the monthly manufacturing plan in alignment with planning requirements, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production that meets volume, quality, and service commitments.
* Lead and manage manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with KORE standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety requirements, and internal and external certifications such as ISO and Kosher.
* Monitor and improve real-time process performance using KPIs including OEE, loss analysis, and Tier 1, 2, and 3 indicators, applying root cause problem-solving methodologies to close performance gaps.
* Identify, evaluate, and eliminate process bottlenecks, serving as an internal leader for capital projects, capacity maximization initiatives, and technology upgrades within manufacturing areas.
* Ensure effective inventory management by supporting WM/RF systems, overseeing accurate receiving and storage of ingredients, and ensuring correct execution of material movements to minimize losses and damages.
* Enable business continuity and supply flexibility by ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of concentrate and beverage base kits, supporting Supply Point Shifts, and executing defined Business Continuity Plan actions.
* Lead material master data accuracy and new product launch readiness, ensuring manufacturing data, validations, and line qualifications are completed in coordination with R&D and business units.
* Manage operating budgets and manufacturing variances, reducing scrap, improving productivity, and supporting capital project design and implementation in partnership with Engineering and Finance.
* Develop and inspire manufacturing teams by living the Growth Culture, enabling development plans, performance enablement, recognition programs, and continuous improvement through Operational Excellence methodologies.
* Actively participate in health, safety, energy, and environmental initiatives, understanding and applying risk matrices and taking appropriate action when deviations are identified.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Food Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
* Three or more years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, warehouse, logistics, or quality within a regulated or high-volume production environment.
* Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, data analysis, SAP systems, and Statistical Process Control methodologies.
* Experience applying Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving tools to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
* Strong understanding of food safety systems, environmental and safety culture, and compliance with KORE and international quality standards.
* Proven capability to lead and develop teams, manage performance, and foster engagement in a fast-paced operational environment.
* Project management experience, including participation in CAPEX projects, process changes, and technology implementations.
* Ability to manage complexity related to diverse product portfolios, multiple SKUs, and frequent new product introductions.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate across production, warehouse, engineering, quality, finance, HR, suppliers, and customers.
* Demonstrated leadership behaviors aligned with innovation, inclusion, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and acting with an owner mindset.
