Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Vehicle Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Aguascalientes.
A Day in the Life:
* Creation and management of the production program (annual, monthly, and daily).
* Coordination with Sales to align demand and production volume.·Analysis of plant capacity vs. production requirements.
* Monitoring and control of volume variations and accumulated differences by model.
* Tracking and execution of projects (Major & Minor Changes).
* Evaluation and adjustment of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
* Monitoring of operational KPIs: SSAR, DSTAR, Lead Time, and production variations.
* Analysis of operational efficiency (JPH) and production performance.
* Development of tracking programs and operational reports.
* Generation of A/S and management of production documentation.
* Development and control of body and TRIM codes.
* Validation of the production process and adherence to standards.
* Identification of deviations and implementation of continuous improvement actions.
* Cross-functional coordination with key areas to ensure compliance with the production plan.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Systems, or related field
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or industrial processes
* Work Location: Onsite - Aguascalientes Plant (A1)
* English: Intermediate proficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in production planning (annual, monthly, and daily)
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
* Experience in plant capacity analysis (annual and daily)
* Proven ability to manage production volume in coordination with Sales
* Knowledge of key KPIs: SSAR, DSTAR, Lead Time, and Variations Control
* Experience in project execution (Major & Minor Changes)
* Ability to analyze and control volume variations and accumulated differences by model
* Knowledge of Master Production Schedule (MPS) evaluation and adjustments
Experience developing:
* Production tracking programs
* A/S documentation
* Body and TRIM codes
* Strong analytical skills, including efficiency calculations (JPH) and production performance analysis
* Advanced Excel skills and database management
* Knowledge of SQL, Visual Fox, and Object-Oriented Programming
* Understanding of Industrial Engineering processes
* Basic knowledge of internal labor regulations and compliance
* Strong communication and collaboration skills (Teams, email)
* Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
* Ability to work with or lead teams when required
Desired:
* Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
* Familiarity with production systems and data analysis tools
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Engineering)
