About this role

Join our Global Finance Operations team as we launch a critical initiative to accelerate our Month-End Close (MEC) Reset. As a hands-on leader, you will lead the redesign of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, delivering automated solutions that drive excellence. You will care for our global community by facilitating workshops and guiding stakeholders through meaningful change. This is your chance to champion innovation within a fast-paced, international tech ecosystem.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Lead a detailed review of current R2R processes, identifying efficiencies in Intercompany, Leases, Payroll, and Accruals.
* Design and document future-state processes that reduce manual effort and accelerate the Month-End Close (MEC) timeline.
* Partner with Finance Systems and IT teams to define requirements for automation in Workday and OneStream.
* Act as the functional owner for key project workstreams, driving high-quality deliverables to completion.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and build consensus across global finance teams.
* Develop and execute change management plans, including communications and training materials, to ensure smooth adoption.
* Ensure all redesigned processes are fully compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal controls.

What will you bring to the team?

* Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Deep expertise in the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle within complex, multi-currency environments.
* Proven ability to lead finance transformation, process re-engineering, or large-scale system implementations.
* Expert knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal control frameworks.
* Strong experience with large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally Workday and OneStream.
* Excellent influencing skills with a "hands-on" problem-solving approach across different teams and cultures.
* Ability to apply flexible project management methodologies, such as Agile, to deliver results in dynamic settings.
