Overview

This is a fixed-term replacement contract covering a long-term employee absence (approx. 15 months)

The role is responsible for defining Shopper, Channel and Customer specific solution and drive topline growth. It will contribute to building partner relationship with key customers.

Defining and effective implementation of category management strategies for snack and beverage categories. Strategy contributor to the strategy, supporting Sales Team with category expertise, recommendations in the area of category management and category growth opportunities, in a profitable manner.

Responsibilities

* Lead sales business partnering for TT & OT channels
* Lead creating a comprehensive Category Growth Plan (Snacks & Beverages) using category management knowledge and specific PepsiCo insights across channels
* Provide input into channel and customer strategy in collaboration with Sales Leaders and Sales Activation, addressing key business questions
* Lead World Class Customer Engagement process for key customers and the JBP planning sessions
* Partner with Sales Activation, Revenue Management and Marketing to translate business performance challenges and opportunities into shopper-focused actions
* Drive & lead cross functional commercial projects
* Close cooperation with Perfect Store Team to identify and implement best-in-class solutions
* Continuous, close day-to-day collaboration with Senior Commercial Stakeholders
* Actively participate in the AOP process
* Manage a team of Sales Business Partners TT & OT to deliver key strategic KPIs

Qualifications

* Experience in Category Management - min. 7 years
* Understand Sales (processes, metrics, KPI, etc.) and channel trends/drivers
* Strong and proved analytics skills - must have
* Nielsen answers tool fluency, CMR
* Experience in preparing and delivering selling stories to trade
* Solid project management and leadership record
* Managerial skill
* Fluent English & Polish optional
* University degree
* Excellent relationship building and savvy communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Empowerment and taking initiative
* Ability to co-operate cross-functionally
