Join Euronext as a Procurement Officer

Euronext is seeking a mid-level Procurement Officer in Porto to join our team in a permanent position, starting immediately. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing procurement excellence by driving governance, process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will primarily be responsible for:
* Leading procurement governance and ensuring adherence to group policies and compliance requirements
* Standardising procurement processes and implementing best practices across the organisation
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
* Monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance, transparency and risk mitigation
* Leveraging data and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities for value creation
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
* Supporting digital transformation and procurement system enhancement initiatives
* Supporting system testing and integrations to ensure procurement tools and platforms are effective and aligned with business needs
* Promoting a culture of procurement excellence and knowledge sharing
Your profile:
*
Three or more years of relevant experience in procurement, vendor management or contract management, ideally in a corporate or technology environment
* Strong knowledge of procurement governance, process standardisation and compliance
* Demonstrable experience in driving operational efficiency and process optimisation initiatives
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, other procurement software)
* Experience with system testing and integrations related to procurement platforms is an advantage
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and results-oriented approach
* Fluent in English; French and Italian are a plus
