Master Data Administrative Assistant - French Speaker

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are currently looking for experienced, French-speaking candidates to join our Master Data team as part of the Banking Data Management position!

Responsibilities:
* Support Supplier Compliance and Data Quality Improvement initiatives;
* Participate in data collection, testing, and process optimization, including validating bank data and entering information in OCM;
* Manage day-to-day activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team;
* Handle tickets for supplier setup, data changes, and deletions per SLAs;
* Assist with interface development and ERP functionality impact analysis.

Requirements:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
* Proficiency in English and French;
* Previous experience in a similar role;
* Knowledge of financial and accounting tools.
