Role Description:

We are looking for a candidate with strong UX and technical analysis skills. You will partner with product managers, BAs, designers, engineers, QAs and architects to deliver on both functional and non-functional implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and end-to-end user needs.
* Communicate the use case and customer value behind features to the development team.
* Liaise with technology partners to understand technical standards, constraints and dependencies.
* Be responsible for the writing of documentation, functional user stories as well as non-functional technical stories where appropriate.
* Work backwards' from the end goal to discover what steps are needed technically.
* Own documentation of detailed acceptance criteria and validation scenarios.
* Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to make optimal UX decisions and 'split' features into user stories.
* Work closely with testers and engineers to understand if stories meet agreed success criteria.
* Produce flowcharts, wireframes, and other visual assets to document logical, informational and user flows.
* Facilitate understanding between technical and non-technical team members.
* Lead sprint refinement and story point estimation meetings with the wider Scrum team.
* Support technology managers, product managers, project managers and the scrum master in backlog prioritisation and release management.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

Working experience
* Experience in working within multi-functional and distributed Agile development teams.
* Experience working with modern interfaces
* Proven expertise in UX design and analysis
* Experience working on data integrations
* Experience of working with modern customer-facing Web Applications and a cloud-based stack

IT/technical skills
* JIRA/Confluence
* Wireframing
* Office suite for preparing requirements documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint

Soft Skills
* Planning and organizational skills
* Willingness to become a domain authority in the feature areas that are being built
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
* Ability to work independently and with others
* Very organised with strong time-management skills
* Willing and able to challenge customers and partners to better understand their needs
