Responsibilities

The Internal Communications Specialist is an early-career role within Corporate Affairs, focused on delivering clear, engaging, and well-timed employee communications. Working closely with HR and business leaders, the role supports internal communication plans, employee initiatives, town halls, and key engagement moments, while also contributing to selected external activities such as events and local social media content.

This role is ideal for a motivated communications professional looking to grow their experience in storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and employee engagement within a dynamic corporate environment.

Please note: this is a fixed-term role for 16 months (1 year and 4 months), with the possibility of extension.

What you will be working on:
* Supporting the execution of internal communication plans, including newsletters, announcements, campaigns, and leadership updates
* Managing and publishing content across internal communication channels such as SharePoint, email, and collaboration platforms
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives around wellbeing, inclusion, volunteering, and recognition through clear and engaging communications
* Coordinating communications and logistics for town halls, employee sessions, and key internal events
* Supporting external Corporate Affairs activities, including event coordination and local social media content creation
* Helping identify and transform internal stories into engaging content for both internal and external audiences

Qualifications

* You have a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, HR, or a related field
* You already gained initial experience or strong internship exposure in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, or similar areas
* You have advanced Romanian and English language skills, along with strong writing and storytelling abilities, capable of creating clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
* You are confident using Microsoft 365, SharePoint/intranet platforms, newsletters, and internal communication tools
* You enjoy creating content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut, and have a good understanding of LinkedIn content and digital communication trends
