Job Description
* Act as the main point of contact for inquiries in the UHNWI segment and support the Investment Consulting UHNWI Switzerland team with administrative and organizational matters
* Carry out research and analytical tasks to support high-quality client service
* Prepare bespoke investment proposals, concepts, and presentations for UHNWI clients
* Coordinate and deliver complex Requests for Proposals (RfPs) for sophisticated UHNWI prospects
* Ensure the efficient operational handling and quality assurance of consolidated reporting across multiple banking relationships
Requirements
* A recently completed Master's degree, ideally in Banking & Finance, combined with 1-2 years of experience in the financial sector
* Strong German and English language skills, both verbal and written; additional languages are considered an asset
* Advanced MS Office capabilities, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong affinity for new technologies
* A highly accurate, independent, and organized working style
* The ability to work well under pressure and grasp new concepts quickly
* Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude
