We are looking for a passionate colleague able to build a good network across the organization and deliver high quality results to our operations in Slovakia!

What will you do?
* You will be fully responsible of the operational management of the end-to-end cross-border process linked to posted workers (PW) agenda * to ensure appropriate alignment to posted workers EU legislation and to ensure relevant compensation and labor conditions are met and delivered across several business lines and to travelers from Slovakia to EU countries.
* You will closely work with our International mobility team and consult each PW case in order to analyze and validate a destination country conditions vs. home country conditions.
* You will prepare, collect, track and archive all related PW documentation.
* You will act as a SPOC for questions related to past or ongoing postings (employees, HR, managers, IM).
* You will act as a SPOC for questions related to past or ongoing postings (external parties).

What qualifications will make you successful?
* High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in administration or economy
* Previous experience with mobility agenda is required
* Knowledge of posted workers legislation in EU
* Proactive, initiative, high drive, advanced organizational and communication skills
* Good analytical skills, data management
* MS package knowledge, MS Excel - advanced
* Fluent in English
