ASSISTANT MANAGER (m/f/d)

For our Stradivarius Store in Mall of Berlin in Full-Time | permanent contract

You keep the store moving - even behind the scenes.
As Assistant Manager, you combine operational strength with leadership.
You support management, lead teams in day-to-day operations, and ensure processes, service, and sales run seamlessly together.
You know that a strong store is built on stability - and on people who take ownership.

You recognize where support is needed and step in when it matters.
Together with management, you implement standards, guide the team, and maintain the commercial flow. You provide structure to the store - laying the foundation for success.
