Marketing, Communications & Brand Creative
GÁVVA - Madrid, España.

This is not a conventional role.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a brand together with the Founder & Creative Director & from the inside - shaping how it looks, feels, and speaks. Someone hands-on, visually driven, and deeply connected to culture, aesthetics, and fashion.
At GÁVVA, you won't just execute - you'll co-create.

What You'll Do
Brand & Creative Assistance
* Help define and evolve GÁVVA's visual and narrative universe
* Translate the brand's identity into every touchpoint - from campaigns to captions
* Ensure consistency across tone, aesthetics, and storytellingSocial Media & Community
* Own and elevate our social presence
* Plan and execute content with a strong visual and cultural point of view
* Engage, build, and grow the GÁVVA community
* Track performance and refine based on insightsContent & Campaigns
* Conceptualize and produce content: shootings, reels, campaigns
* Be involved in creative direction, styling, and execution
* Capture and edit photo/video contentDesign
* Create digital and print assets aligned with the brand's aesthetic
* Develop visual concepts that feel current, intentional, and distinctiveMarketing & Communication
* Execute communication and marketing strategies across channels
* Manage and optimize email marketing
* Support website development and visual directionBrand Experience
* Work on packaging and merch aligned with GÁVVA's identity
* Conceptualize and coordinate events, activations, and collaborationsPR & Partnerships
* Connect with media, creators, and collaborators
* Support press releases and brand visibility initiatives

Perfil

Who You Are
* Strong eye for aesthetics, fashion, and visual culture
* Highly creative, with a clear point of view
* Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a fast, evolving environment
* Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
* Skilled in Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut (or similar)
* Confident in photography and videography
* Fluent in English
Background
* Studies or recent graduate in fashion, design, marketing, or communication
* Spanish (native) English (professional)
* CV & Portfolio required
* Possibility of a university agreement (internship contract)
