For our ZARA store in Prague, we are looking for a colleague for the position of: STORE MANAGER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning, managing, and controlling store processes in order to maximize profit
HR administration
Motivating your team of employees to ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
Responsibility for stock inventory
Acting as a positive role model in providing customer service and implementing our company philosophy

The position may also include other activities related to the responsibilities described above.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience in a managerial position, at least as a department manager, in the retail sector for at least 3 years
Strong affinity for and knowledge of relevant metrics
Organizational skills
Interest in fashion and the latest trends
Positive attitude, communication skills, and a high level of commitment
Good knowledge of Slovak and English, minimum B2 level
