Mission
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment of high-performing talent. Working alongside the HR Manager and HR Business Partners they will leverage recruitment best practices and processes within their local market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle and be responsible for agency / vendor management together with the HR Manager / BP.RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment
Manage the recruitment process (profiling, sourcing, screening and evaluation) for various levels and roles across the (COMPANY NAME) businesses.
Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
Own the candidate experience from start to finish in collaboration with the hiring manager (including new starter packs, inductions etc...)
Maintain current market research in the local country and beverage industry dynamics.

Internal & External Partnerships
Empower hiring managers and guide them in making the right hiring decisions and ensure clear communication between the HR team members and line managers.
Partner, if required, with the global talent team and stay abreast of internal tools and processes.
Manage our relationships with external recruitment firms and any other external TA partnerships.

Process, Tools and Programmes
Use data and insights to analyze internal and external information and recommend solutions.
Educate hiring managers on internal tools.
Provide business, system and TA process training as needed.
Champion '(COMPANY NAME) Wingfinder' as a recruitment and selection tool providing a unique EVP experience for candidates.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

5+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, distribution, or media industries.
*
Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments.
*
Experience in using and analyzing data from external and internal sources.
*
University Degree required (Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or others). Postgraduate training in Human Resources is desirable.

Fluent in written and spoken Spanish & English
*
Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
*
Accuracy & Confidentiality.

Build effective relationships across the business .
*
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
*
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

A people person who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach.
