We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

* Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
* Responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
* Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
* Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
* Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)

Your basic qualifications

* At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
* Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
* Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
* Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
