We are looking for a Store Manager with experience in retail to join our team in our shop, close to Barcelona.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion. They should demonstrate the ability to maximize sales through excellent communication skills, retail knowledge, and enthusiasm that contributes to increased performance.

The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring that products are presented according to company standards. In addition, the candidate will be expected to achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Reporting to the area manager, you will contribute to achieving sales objectives at the point of sale.

As a brand ambassador, your main responsibilities will include :

1/ Delivering a unique customer experience:
* Welcome and assist customers throughout their visit while ensuring personalized service;
* Advise customers by promoting the company's expertise and product features through a strong sales approach;
* Build customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
2/ Driving sales performance of the store:
* Monitor and optimize key performance indicators through sales analysis (Top - Flop products, CR, ATV, UPT, etc.);
* Manage stock levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and conduct stock counts;
* Prepare and communicate reports to management (daily, weekly, and monthly);
* Manage the store's operating budget.
3/ Leading and developing the sales team:
* Participate in recruitment processes;
* Support onboarding and training of new employees;
* Manage daily sales targets and team challenges;
* Ensure the development of employees' skills through coaching and evaluations.
4/ Ensuring smooth store operations:
* Prepare schedules and organize floor zoning;
* Implement visual merchandising according to company guidelines;
* Ensure the overall smooth running of the store.

Perfil

* You have initial management experience in the retail or premium service sector.
* You are a field worker, an excellent manager and a manager with excellent interpersonal skills and you are organized.
* You have a results-oriented culture.
* You are enthusiastic about fashion, have a strong product awareness and good knowledge of the industry and its trends.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
