Beschreibung:
The purpose of this role will be to provide support to the processing side of the Finance function, focusing on staff expense processing, payments and bank reconciliations, other balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger processes across multiple entities in 9 countries. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role with possible extension. We are also open to graduates for this position.
The role will report to the EMEA Financial Controller and requires attention to detail, the ability to consistently apply learned procedures, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Staff expense support and processing
* Business trip reimbursement preparation across the region
* Business trip advances
* Business trip reconciliations and troubleshooting
* Expense reimbursements for non-travel expenses
* Reimbursement-related reporting
* Credit card statement processing
Month-End Processing
* Bank reconciliations in multiple jurisdictions
* Support of payments
* Assisting with General ledger reconciliations work
* Journaling assistance
* Task tracking and status management
General administration
* General support in ad-hoc tasks
* Support subledger management and alignment with the general ledger
* Assist with physical inventory taking and related documentation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related, or alternatively a secondary business school degree
* General experience with administration in accounting or finance
* Excel experienced user
* Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
* Personal commitment to high quality work
