As part of our central DevOPS team, you'll work on a variety of tasks: from functional support, through core platform development, all the way to building cool new features and solving incidents fast.​- If you're comfortable with the backend of ServiceNow, understand Agile and Scrum methodologies, and can code in JavaScript, you might be exactly who we're looking for to help us move our technology forward!

What you'll do here:
* Prepare test and user guides for new ServiceNow features.
* Describe business requirements, process flows, build ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, and scripts.
* ​Connect ServiceNow to other systems using REST/SOAP or our own connector, incl. web services.
* ​Write and debug code in JavaScript.
* ​Design services and reporting dashboards.
* ​Create clear, user-friendly catalog items and handle ad hoc requests.
* ​Help spread the mission and values of NN GROUP and the ServiceNow community.

We expect:
* ServiceNow scripting & JavaScript experience.
* ​ServiceNow System Administrator certificate.
* Experience with UX design
* ​Big-company experience and customer support mindset.
* ​Organization and communication skills are a must.
* University degree or solid work experience.
* English for daily meetings.
