IT Business Solutions Analyst

Position:

As an IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:

* Act as a key connection between business teams and IT, understanding their needs and helping translate them into effective technology solutions

* Support business transformation by identifying improvement opportunities and managing IT change requests in line with company processes

* Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with IT standards

* Participate in the design, implementation, and rollout of IT solutions (e.g. SAP, BI tools, digital platforms), ensuring smooth delivery and minimal business disruption

* Support project activities including coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication

* Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and support business continuity planning

Requirements:

* University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or related roles

* Experience working in multinational environments; FMCG exposure is a strong advantage

* Familiarity with at least two of the following areas:

* Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

* Cloud / SaaS solutions

* Mobile applications

* Digital business solutions

* Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

* Good understanding of solution design, implementation, and IT project support

* Good English
