Your Task

This position involves handling supplier invoice processing and related administrative tasks. The place of work is the company's office in Budapest with no home office option.

Responsibilities

* Process supplier invoices including filing, scanning, and verification
* Obtain documents supporting supplier invoices such as contracts, certificates of performance, and orders
* Maintain vendor strain data
* Process business travel expense settlements and check invoices
* Perform other administrative tasks as needed

We are seeking a Finance Intern with ongoing higher education in finance, basic English language skills, and the ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of one year.

Must Have Skills

* Ongoing higher education studies in Finance
* Student relationship with at least 1 year remaining
* Minimum of 20 hours of work per week availability
