* Define system validation strategy according to the validation scope and project needs
* Maintaining validation test schedule and request resource for performance
* Coordination of system validation tests (electrical, environmental, durability, EMC) internally and externally
* Ensure the success of the validation test by risk management, problem solving and escalation
* Create validation test plans (including test specification and parameters) based on the customer requirements
* Clear, consistent and systematic status presenting for project and for customer
* Support acquisition activity by validation requirement review
* Support the organization from validation point of view (impact analysis, validation proposal, judgement...etc.)

* University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanics or Management (with good E/E background)
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Relevant standard knowledge especially ISO 16750, IPC-610
* Experience in automotive solutions and OEM specific standards
* Management certification is advantage
* Fluent English
