SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TRAINEE - VULNERABILITY TRACKING SYSTEM (VTS)
Project specific intro:
The Vulnerability Tracking System (VTS) is a centralized solution that detects and tracks security vulnerabilities across Siemens' applications and components by correlating them with a vulnerability database, enabling a shift-left security approach.
You'll make an impact by:
* Design, develop, and improve features of the Vulnerability Tracking System
* Refactor and maintain high-quality C# (.NET 8) service code
* Implement and monitor security requirements within the application
* Develop and support integrations with internal tools and customer systems
* Maintain and improve CI/CD processes and infrastructure in Azure DevOps
* Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and independent further development

Your success is grounded in:
* C# (.NET 8), solid OOP knowledge
* REST APIs, Git, and unit testing (xUnit/NUnit, Moq)
* Basic SQL knowledge
* English language knowledge (Written and Oral)
You'll stand out with:
* Entity Framework Core, async/await, LINQ, DI, SOLID
* Azure DevOps basics
* Docker, Kubernetes, React, design patterns, structured logging
