About the role

Pricing Digital Capability & Product Manager sits within Castrol's Global Marketing organization. This role has been created to accelerate Castrol's pricing capability through the development of world-class pricing processes, tools, systems & digital solutions across global markets.
The successful candidate will lead the development, deployment & continuous improvement of Castrol's pricing digital ecosystem, ensuring pricing teams are equipped with the tools, frameworks, training materials & data required to deliver sustainable margin growth & commercial excellence.

What you will deliver

* Lead high-impact strategic projects relating to pricing transformation, digital capability development & pricing process modernization.
* Support the development of Castrol's long-term pricing operating model, ensuring pricing capabilities remain fit for future commercial & digital requirements.
* Provide thought leadership on pricing technology, pricing analytics & pricing process evolution, helping develop Castrol's future pricing agenda.
* Act as a key interface between Global Pricing, Technology, Commercial & Marketing teams to align priorities & accelerate delivery.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Global Pricing leadership, PU pricing teams, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance & external vendors.
* Influence & align senior stakeholders on pricing technology priorities, process improvements & transformation initiatives.
* Manage relationships with external pricing technology vendors & implementation partners, ensuring strong commercial outcomes & delivery accountability.
* Support organizational change management activities relating to pricing transformation initiatives & new system deployments.
* Act as the business product owner for key pricing platforms including PROS, Nova, Vistex & related pricing solutions, ensuring platforms evolve in line with business requirements & user needs.
* Define & manage pricing technology roadmaps, prioritizing improvements, defect remediation, stabilization activities & new capability development across pricing systems.
* Partner closely with Technology, PU stakeholders & third-party vendors to deliver scalable, robust & commercially impactful pricing solutions.
* Drive adoption, governance & operational excellence across pricing platforms, ensuring solutions are fully embedded within regional pricing teams & business processes.
* Own the evaluation & implementation of new pricing technologies, automation opportunities & advanced analytical capabilities to strengthen Castrol's pricing maturity.
* Develop & maintain pricing process documentation, training materials, user guides & standard process toolkits relating to pricing systems, methodologies & governance processes.
* Support the development & standardization of pricing operating processes, governance frameworks & execution methodologies.
* Act as a subject matter expert for pricing systems & pricing process workflows, supporting markets during onboarding, stabilization & improvement activities.
* Drive greater standardization & simplification of pricing processes while balancing regional commercial requirements & system complexity.
* Support change management & user adoption activities associated with new pricing capabilities, system enhancements & process improvements.

What you will need to be successful

* Experienced in leading complex cross-functional projects & digital transformation initiatives, crucial.
* Previous experience in pricing, pricing technology, commercial transformation or related fields is critical.
* Experience acting as a product owner, business lead or implementation lead for enterprise digital solutions is helpful.
* Experience working with pricing technologies such as PROS, Vistex, pricing analytics tools or workflow platforms is desirable.
* Strong analytical capability coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions is critical.
* Experience in developing training materials, process documentation & guideline mentorship is desirable.
* Strong commercial, strategic & collaborator management experience demonstrated through business leadership.
* Experienced in influencing cross-functional teams, managing challenging priorities & delivering results within sophisticated global organizations.
