YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is responsible for supporting the Omnichannel team, focusing on operations support for the Warehouse, CSC, and Retail/Ecomm Teams.
YOUR IMPACT
* Learn the Omnichannel Order Flow processes and its relation to Merchandising and Supply Chain with the goal of optimizing the Client Experience in-store and online
* Partner with the warehouse team to ensure timely transfer/order fulfillment, including daily order reporting and follow ups with the team
* Troubleshoot and Open IT tickets for ad hoc order issues (order export, address validation, etc)
* Communicate with store teams to ensure timely transfer fulfillment to warehouse
* Support CSC team by assisting with and communicating order updates and cancellations, UPS Tracking and Return to Sender, and Return updates
* Support the client delivery process, including tracking and troubleshooting.
* Analyze and report on fulfillment optimizations and targets based on inventory and fulfillment rates
* Partner with the ecommerce growth manager on inventory optimization in stock points
* Assist with packaging standards to ensure the client experience is standardized
* Assist Omni Team with various ad hoc projects
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
* Current college or university undergrad University student with the ability to operate full-time hours
* Post-grad early career professionals or retail professional
Experience:
* Desire to learn and collaborate with corporate and retail environments.
* Proficiency in Excel
* Willingness to learn various software programs.
Competencies:
* Enthusiasm for a career in omnichannel and/or ecommerce, with an interest in luxury products and design.
* Customer service-oriented mindset.
* Proactive and eager to take initiative.
* Good observation and listening skills.
* Developing problem-solving abilities.
* Strong foundational oral and written communication skills.
Languages: Foreign Languages a plus
