Korn Ferry is searching for an entry level Campus Coordinator to support internship and early careers hiring for our client in the technology industry. This is an onsite role 2-days weekly in Dallas, with the ability to flex to three as needed.
As a member of Korn Ferry, the Coordinator will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including screening, assessing, and processing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Coordinator is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate care and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner
* Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
* Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process
* Process Management
* Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
* Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate via a short-list process
* Candidate Relationship Management
* Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition
Required Skills
* Ability to be onsite 2 days weekly in our Dallas Texas office
* Understanding the full cycle recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on campus recruitment and programming management
* Demonstrates a strong understand of customer service principles to implement when interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
* Experience operating on complex processes and systems with strong adherence to standards and quality measures
* A Bachelor's degree, with a 3.5 GPA
