Then come and join our global team as Global HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to support global HR business partnering for HR DI&F&HZ and contribute to strategic HR priorities, leadership topics, and future-focused people projects.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
This will be a combined role where you focus around 50% of your time on HRBP-related topics and 50% on strategic projects and associate related topics.
HR BP related topics
* You support a global HRBP in understanding business priorities, translating them into people priorities, and preparing high-quality input for leadership and HR decision-making.
* You partner with leaders and HR colleagues across regions and Centers of Expertise to drive core people processes, including talent, succession, workforce planning, and organizational development.
* You contribute to building future-relevant capabilities, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and supporting cultural and organizational change in a global matrix environment.
* You prepare structured analyses, decision papers, and communication materials to enable transparent, timely, and business-oriented HR advice
