Business Analyst Intern - IT & Tools

Student Empowerment Program
Location: Ukkel, Brussels, Belgium
Duration: 3-6 months (school convention) - Starting September 2026

Your mission

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the IT & Tools team in day-to-day operational and analytical activities. Working closely with experienced key users, you will:
* Support Excel analyses and basic SAP data extractions
* Provide first-line support for SAP / CPQ tools (access requests, basic questions)
* Assist with reporting and operational analytics, identifying what makes sense from a business perspective
* Create and update training materials, user guides, and FAQs for IT and Best-of-Breed tools
* Test tools and support continuous improvement initiatives
This is a hands-on, operational role with strong exposure to business tools and users.

Your profile

* Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
* Student in Business, IT, Data, or a related field
* Comfortable with Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to speak up
* Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
