What You Will Learn & Do
As our Front Office Trainee, you will be the face of our company. You won't just be answering phones; you'll be learning the ins and outs of hotel/corporate operations under the wing of our Front Office Manager
Your main missions will include:
· Warm Welcome: Greeting guests, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and creating an amazing first impression.
· Helping: Anticipating guest needs, providing local recommendations (the best restaurants, hidden gems, transport tips), and handling requests.
· Systems: Learning and mastering our Property Management System (MEWS) to handle reservations, room assignments, and billing.
· Connexion: Collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management to ensure everything runs flawlessly
