What you'll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Brazil Local Tax Manager Support

Location: São Paulo Brazil, SP (3x per week)

As an Intern you will:

* Assist the Local Tax Manager throughout tax audits by gathering, organizing, and consolidating required documentation. This role involves regular interaction with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.

* Contribute to internal tax projects and day-to-day activities, including reviewing tax codes in vendor and customer master data, submitting and monitoring IT tickets, and supporting process updates as needed.

* Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize tax processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data quality.

* Contribute on the tax reform implementation together with developer team and IT.

* Help with Tax litigation interacting with external law firm and assist on gathering, organizing, and consolidating required documentation.

* Create a purchase order for external vendors and help support the payment.

What You'll Bring

* Currently studying for a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, with focus on tax

* English language skills / Spanish is a plus

* MS Office

* Great communication and collaboration skills, and a growth mindset

* Ability to work in virtual, multicultural teams, and have a strong interest in tax

The International Tax Team is part of SAP's Global Tax Function and is responsible for managing tax-related matters across different regions in EMEA/MEE, APAC, and LATAM.

Within the LATAM team, you will be part of a cross-functional collaborative working approach. You will gain detailed knowledge of local and regional tax and business matters by working closely with your colleagues in a hybrid work environment.
