Beschreibung:

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting.
* Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
* Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries by using Excel or other tools.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
* Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
* Handle customer enquiries and conduct market research.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
* Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.

Skills & Requirements:

* Current full-time bachelor's degree student (logistics-related preferred but not required)
* Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
* Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
* Strong sense of responsibility
* Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
* Able to commit to internship period from June to August 2026

Interviews will be arranged based on the actual vacancies of each department, and applicants are expected to accept our placement assignments. * Full year intern [hourly rate: HK$50; Expected to work for 24 hours or more per week; should support 5 days' work during summer period (Jun-Aug 2026)]
* Summer intern [monthly rate: HK$9,000; 5 days work per week during summer period (Jun-Aug 2026)]
