The Project Management Office (PMO) is the central engine that drives the execution of strategic company initiatives and elevates cross-functional collaboration. As a PMO Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects at the core of our business operations. You will gain practical skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced environment, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your career interests in strategy and operations. 1. Project & Meeting Management - Support the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and distributing structured meeting minutes - Proactively track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and projects remain on track - Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale company events, such as business All-Hands meetings, by coordinating agendas, consolidating presentation materials, and providing on-site support 2. Data & Insights - Conduct research to gather and organize public market information, industry reports, and competitor data based on business requirements - Participate in data analysis by cleaning, processing, and creating visualizations to generate preliminary insights that support team decision-making

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a higher program - High fluency in oral and verbal English and Mandarin is required. Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship experience in project management, strategy, consulting, or industry research. - Proficiency in office software (especially PowerPoint and Excel) with foundational data analysis skills. Experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a strong plus. - Excellent communication, coordination, and information synthesis skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and logically. - Highly responsible, self-driven, and detail-oriented with strong logical thinking and multitasking abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment effectively.
