Responsibilities:
* Assist in organizing and executing company-wide events, such as conferences, customer events, town halls, and volunteer initiatives.
* Create marketing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
* Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
* Monitor media coverage and contribute to crisis management and post-event evaluation.
* Collaborate with charitable organizations on corporate social responsibility campaigns.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects and daily administrative tasks within the department.
Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

* University student from Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, or a related field, in Hong Kong
* Passionate, responsible, and a strong team player.
* Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, is an advantage.
* Flexible schedule with a contract duration of one year (two full days per week).
