Mandatory internship in the area of engine assembly maintenance at the Bad Cannstatt plant from October 2024

Mercedes Banz AG manufactures in-line and V-engines for Mercedes Benz AG at the Stuttgart-Untertürkheim site. With the production of electric drive units and high-voltage batteries, the site also plays a key role in the Group's automotive transformation.
Maintenance ensures the availability of the production and assembly systems both in the area of parts production and in the area of motor and unit assembly.
As part of the internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the maintenance department in new projects as well as in series production support together with experienced on-site specialists from the electrical, electronic and mechanical departments.

Your tasks will include
* Solving technically complex issues in close cooperation with operating engineers, foremen and maintenance staff
* Carrying out weak point analyses and developing measures to eliminate weak points
* Participation and collaboration in new plant projects and project meetings with the planning and production departments and external companies
* Measures for preventive maintenance

Qualifikationen

* Engineering degree program
* Excellent written and spoken German language skills
* Confident handling of MS-Office
* Comprehension of technical issues
