Supply Chain Intern

Beschreibung:

Support the buildout of warehouse, supply chain, and logistics operations for a new GMP CDRMO facility. This role focuses on standing up systems, processes, and infrastructure rather than routine day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

* Assist with warehouse setup: layout, racking, bin structures, labeling, and material flow mapping.
* Support SAP implementation: master data setup, transaction testing, and documentation of workflows.
* Help develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for warehouse and logistics processes.
* Participate in establishing shipping/receiving workflows, cold-chain procedures, and courier setups.
* Contribute to readiness activities: 5S, equipment commissioning, mock runs, and audit preparation.
* Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP and GDP expectations.

Qualifications

* Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and interest in building systems and processes.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
* Basic Excel skills; ERP/SAP exposure is a plus.
