To support our Events team we are searching for a Intern Global Events (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* General admin tasks to support with behind-the-scenes tasks to bring an event to life, e.g. shipping samples, updating creative decks, and post event gifting management
* Responsible for post event reporting presentation and internal sharing of event assets
* Responsible for weekly reports to the management team
* Sample cupboard and archive management
* New supplier research and sample testing (where needed)
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of our event materials and facilitating the storage of them post event
* Support the shipping and customs teams in the creation of labels and tracking of shipmentsWHO YOU ARE

* Degree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing or Public Relations
* Time management and organizational skills alongside excellent communications skills
* Attention to detail
* English fluency
* Available for 6 months in Munich
* Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous internships or experience working in events is valuedWHAT WE OFFER
